Privacy Policy

How Launchmore collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or request a Local Growth Plan.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

01Who we are

Launchmore (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Manchester-based local growth marketing business working with service businesses across the UK. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website (launchmore.co.uk).

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at enquiries@launchmore.co.uk.

02The information we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form to request a Local Growth Plan, we collect your name, email address and the details of the challenge you describe, along with any optional information you choose to add — your business name, phone number and website.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records limited technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit — in standard server logs used to keep the site secure and running reliably.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment or financial details through this site.

03How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry and prepare your Local Growth Plan;
  • contact you about the review you requested and any follow-up you have asked for;
  • operate, maintain and secure this website.

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — when you ask us to review your business and prepare a plan.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, run our business and keep the site secure, in a way you would reasonably expect.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

04Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Any cookies that may be set are strictly necessary for the site to function. Because there is nothing non-essential to consent to, you will not see a tracking-cookie banner.

05How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and respond to enquiries:

  • Formspree — processes and delivers our contact-form submissions to us, so your form data passes through their systems. See the Formspree privacy policy.
  • Our hosting provider — hosts the website and processes the server logs described above.

We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

06International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Formspree) are based outside the UK, which means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries such as the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected by appropriate safeguards comparable to those required under UK data protection law.

07How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it. Server logs are retained only for a short period by our hosting provider.

08Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

09Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • request a copy of the information you provided, in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at enquiries@launchmore.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
